About the Project
Alt Valley Vision is a new community media initiative enabling residents, businesses and organisations within North East Liverpool to create websites including video, audio and other multimedia content.
Alt Valley Vision is:
- Creating a new community web portal
- Helping people, businesses and organisations create their own websites and videos
- Offering a range of short courses in video and website creation
- Helping people get first-step qualifications in digital media production
- Helping people get work experience in digital media production
- Installing hi-speed broadband connections in community centres across Alt Valley
The project is the second pilot in ICDCs Vision series, building on the highly successful Kensington Vision.
