
Get fit with the Million Pound Liverpool Challenge
Liverpool Primary Care Trust and the ECHO will challenge people in the city to join together to lose a million pounds in weight.
Participants can sign up, pledge how much weight they will lose and receive support to help them improve their health by changing their diet and getting active.

The NHS Direct helpline is a 24hour a day helpline, where you can ring to speak to a qualified health worker to get immediate assistance if you are unwell!
They’ll assess your problem and advise you on the best course of action. You may be told how you can look after yourself at home, or they may recommend seeing a pharmacist (chemist).
If your problem is more serious, they can help you access the ambulance service.
