All the links stop working when I try to watch a video
Some people have reported a bug with this site - on occasions, after clicking to play a video all the links on the site appear to stop working. To fix this problem you need to uninstall Windows Update KB 947 864.
To do this on your computer:
- Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
- Ensure the "Show Updates" box at the top right of the page is checked
- Scroll down to the Microsoft Office section of updates - expand this section if required
- Select Security Update KB 947 864 and click "Remove"
