Orrell Park & District Community Association is a registered charity. Established in 1974 the community centre was the result of Orrell Park residents working together to address a need in the area. The residents wanted a place were they could meet each other and provide support and services for local people.

As the centre developed it became an integral part of the community, facilitating meetings for local residents groups, and neighbourhood management teams.

Over thirty years later Orrell Park Community Centre is still a vibrant welcoming place that hosts a wide range of services and activities for the residents of Warbreck aged 8 to 80.
